In addition to simulation-based education, the Specialist provides individualized and small-group academic support, assesses learning needs, develops remediation strategies, and delivers academic coaching to promote student success, retention, progression, and NCLEX-RN readiness. Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating detailed clinically based simulation scenarios, including the use of high-fidelity patient simulators, while collaborating with faculty on simulation design, facilitation, debriefing, and evaluation to ensure alignment with course outcomes and nursing education best practices.
