This position assists consumers in achieving their Individual Program Plan (IPP) and Individual Service Plan (ISP) goals through instructional activities, skill development, supervision, and community integration while promoting independence, safety, and personal growth. Our programs focus on developing life, social, and vocational skills that empower the individuals we serve to reach their highest level of independence and personal success.
