Working with children from eighteen months (18 months) to thirty-six months (36 months), the Infant Teacher must impart and effectively communicate the most basic social skills focusing on play-centered learning and creativity, provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for infants and toddlers, and will use age-appropriate teaching and learning strategies to create an environment that promotes early learning as well as social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. 3-5 years of relevant experience working with infants and toddlers plus including pertinent skills as it relates to child development: good written and verbal communication skills, creativity, emotional development, patience, classroom structure, and discipline.
