Working closely with Field Operations, Safety, and Isbell senior leadership, the Maintenance Manager establishes effective preventive and corrective maintenance practices, supports field needs, manages costs, and ensures equipment is properly inspected, repaired, documented, and returned to service. Established in 1985 and now operating as an ElectriCom subsidiary, Isbell Construction brings specialized expertise in rural fiber construction, rock excavation, trenching, long-haul installation, and complex-terrain projects throughout the Southwest.
