Responsibilities include preparing and teaching course material in the SLP curriculum at a higher education level, covering pertinent subject matter using lectures, demonstrations, class discussions, practicums, labs, simulations, and other appropriate modes of educational delivery, as well as conducting and mentoring research in areas of expertise. Prepare course/practicum/lab outlines and syllabi in collaboration with the Program Director and Chair, develop content and lesson plans, and select textbooks and other teaching aids necessary for the instruction of courses/practicums/labs.
