Master’s degree in social work or related field or Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCDCor equivalent); 3+ years’ experience providing individual and group education/counseling and principles of case management for diverse, high-risk PPW, children, and families in SUD treatment/social services settings; Experience implementing/practicing evidence-based practices, such as Trauma Informed Care and Motivational Interviewing, and delivery of curriculum-based education. Conducts home visits and outreach, assists with Celebrating Families! groups, conducts in-person and virtual focus groups of male family members to better tailor services to the unique needs and perspectives of this group, and completes follow-up sessions.
