Prior to beginning coaching duties, the successful candidate must meet all applicable Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW), OHSAA, and Bowling Green City Schools requirements for coaches, including required pupil activity credentials/validation and required training. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills and will work collaboratively with student-athletes, assistant coaches, school staff, families, and the Athletic Department.
