li>Minimum of an associate's degree in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field OR industry certification(s) in graphic design (e.g., Adobe Certified Professional in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Visual Design) OR equivalent military experience OR one of the master-level occupational proficiencies approved by the state.
