Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Nursing Assistant, Home Care services or other comparable/demonstrated experience, 1-3 years in a progressive management/supervisory role also required. Responsible for the overall management of the Community Care Coordinators and Personal Care staff to include, but not limited to, interviewing/selection, orientation, training, performance management, payroll, time keeping and regulatory compliance.
