Assist the COO and Operations Director in chairing operational, departmental, and executive meetings while guiding program leaders in fostering collaboration and effective working relationships across departments to meet the needs of the youth; additionally, maintain strong relationships with parents, referring professionals, agencies, and third-party payor sources to support program success.
