Build and manage a district work-based learning system, including job shadowing, internships, pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship opportunities, senior capstone experiences, employability skills instruction, and associated agreements, safety, transportation, and liability requirements. Ensure equitable access to and success in CTE programs for all students, including students with disabilities, English learners, students from economically disadvantaged families, and students preparing for nontraditional fields.
