Additional responsibilities: Attend team conferences, learn QRP and rehab documentation, perform triage and patient monitoring using tele packs, and participate in orientation including 2 days of class and 2-3 days with a preceptor. This role involves providing specialized care on a post-acute rehab unit with a focus on neuro, neurosurgery, amputations, multi-trauma, cardiac, and complex medical patients.
