This role is responsible for providing daily direction to the CNC programming function while developing, modifying, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs that support machining operations for orthopedic implant components and related medical device products. The CNC Machine Programming Supervisor will partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Operations to ensure CNC programs and machining processes are efficient, repeatable, compliant, and capable of meeting production and quality requirements.
