Students enrolled in the ELPC work on a variety of local, state, and/or federal environmental, energy, and landuse legal matters, including representing and advising non-profits, citizen groups, legislators, and governmental agencies on regulatory and environmental policy issues. The Fellow will work with a Visiting Clinical Professor in the ELPC on all aspects the program, including managing the docket, supervising clinical students in their case and project work, and helping to teach the related clinical seminar.
