This position oversees all aspects of municipal finance, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, audits, payroll, investments, cash management, tax levies, and compliance with applicable state and federal requirements. This role also assists in leading the annual budget process, capital improvement planning, and year-end audit preparation, while maintaining strong internal controls and efficient financial systems across departments.
