Leverage data analytics tools to monitor real-time Quality & Food Safety data, identify trends, and establish robust corrective/preventive action plans to improve Quality, Food Safety, and Consumer performance metrics Coordinate Quality & Food Safety training for cross-functional teams Partner with FSQ Manager, Leader, and Coach peer team to oversee audits and audit outputs, including: GFSI, AIB GMP, Regulatory Readiness, and QAS Demonstrate effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people's impact Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950. The FSQ Coach partners closely with Manufacturing, Tech Services, and Warehouse teams to reinforce quality procedures, drive sustainable practices, and support world-class FSQ performance across the facility.
