Encouraging Developmentally Appropriate and Best Practices in Preschool Promise Programs: Through targeted coaching strategies and reflective one-on-one sessions to support goal setting, action planning, data review, and observations, the PSP Coach encourages educators on environmental changes, inclusion strategies, assessments, and resources to support best practices in early learning, developmentally appropriate practices, support dual language development, and social-emotional growth. The Bilingual Infant & Toddler Coach duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reflective and Relationship-based Coaching to Preschool Promise Educators: The PSP Coach will build and maintain trusting relationships with early education programs and educators to create an environment that supports learning, reflection, technical assistance, and collaborative coaching.
