Applicants with experience in cardiovascular biology, cardio-oncology, heart failure, cancer biology, immunology, inflammation, mouse models, echocardiography, flow cytometry, single-cell approaches, molecular biology, mitochondrial biology, histology, or computational analysis are especially encouraged to apply. Depending on the candidate's background and interests, projects may incorporate bulk RNA sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing, immune profiling, and computational analysis to identify cellular and molecular pathways that drive susceptibility to cardiotoxicity and heart failure.
