Responsible for enabling students to pursue their education as smoothly and completely as possible in the absence of the regular teacher by delivering instructional plans, maintaining established classroom routines and positive behavior supports, and ensuring all procedures are followed to maintain student safety, security, and compliance with school and District policies. Behavior Management: Monitor student behavior using positive behavior supports, maintain discipline in accordance with required disciplinary policies and procedures, and enforce classroom rules, school expectations, and the Student Code of Conduct to foster a safe and orderly learning environment.
