Employees of Harford Community College, including instructors for online and virtual courses, must be residents of Maryland or the contiguous states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia or the District of Columbia; non-residents are expected to relocate to meet this requirement. A minimum of three (3) years of baseball experience with a demonstrated focus on infield development and hitting instruction, which may include a combination of in-game coaching experience at the high school, club/select, or collegiate level and/or professional playing or coaching experience.
