Enters accurate, time-synchronized annotations of predefined events, including patient-reported symptoms, observable behaviors, clinical interventions, medication-related events when visible or communicated, testing procedures, environmental events, technical changes, and potential neurophysiologic changes requiring review. Collaborates with neurophysiology technologists, neurophysiologists/neuroanalysts, nurses, physicians, investigators, research personnel, information technology teams, and other operational partners to support reliable clinical and research workflows.
