Environmental responsibilities include: Assist with the management of all environmental regulatory programs for the plant, including, but not limited to: air, stormwater, wastewater, hazardous materials, hazardous waste disposal, universal waste disposal, spill prevention, recycling, sustainability reporting, and regulatory reporting. Interface with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, including, but not limited to, Genesee County and NYDEC, to ensure that all environmental aspects, impacts, programs and permits are accepted and understood to be compliant.
