Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or the equivalent and certificate of completion from a licensed EKG school required, or certificate of completion from an accredited Medical Assistant program required or certificate of completion from a licensed Patient Care Technician program required or comparable experience as an EKG Technician, Medical Assistant or Patient Care Technician in an acute care or ambulatory facility. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing, measuring and analyzing all aspects of cardiac ultrasound testing which includes M-mode two-dimensional, pulsed and continuous wave, color flow Doppler, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), stress echocardiograms including pharmacological stress testing.
