Position requires individuals to be able to use general maintenance equipment including, but not limited to: hand tools, pressure washers, blowers, sandblasters, ladders, paint brushes, landscaping equipment, vacuum cleaner, ladder, hose sprayer, rotary scrub brush, and required safety equipment. The following functions are typically that of an Assistant Maintenance Manager, however should the Assistant Maintenance Manager need assistance with any of the below functions, Maintenance Technicians or the Maintenance Manager should provide support.
