Responsible for assisting with the management of building maintenance, Preventive maintenance, mechanical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, fire alarm systems, carpentry, painting, custodial services, grounds maintenance, utility distribution systems, equipment maintenance, campus infrastructure. Working collaboratively with the Associate Vice President, the Assistant Director provides leadership for maintenance, custodial services, grounds maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, capital renewal initiatives, construction projects, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
