The role serves as a key liaison between Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, vendors, and plant technical teams to ensure tooling designs, manufacturing processes, and production systems meet safety, quality, performance, and customer requirements. This position manages tooling projects from concept and quoting through implementation while providing technical leadership in mold manufacturing, qualification, process optimization, equipment validation, troubleshooting, and operational excellence initiatives.
