Your responsibilities span the full operational lifecycle: implementing approved changes, managing roles and permissions, supporting releases and testing, troubleshooting production issues, monitoring platform health, assessing vendor releases, resolving defects and support cases, and keeping documentation accurate and current. Working closely with business owners, Business Architecture, Technology, Security, support teams, and external vendors, you will translate approved requirements into scalable, well-controlled, and supportable configurations.
