Job PurposeThe purpose of the Director, Fleet Electrical Engineering is to provide technical leadership and engineering management for Pattern's electrical infrastructure, including collection systems, substations, transformers, protection and control systems, revenue metering systems, and other high-voltage assets. Operational reliability and incident response: Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, root cause investigations, equipment failures, forced outages, system disturbances, protection operations, major grid events, and other significant electrical incidents affecting Pattern assets.
