As Manager, Non-Wires Alternatives (NWA), you will lead a team of engineers responsible for identifying and advancing projects that leverage energy efficiency, demand response, energy storage, distributed generation, and other distributed energy resources as alternatives to traditional infrastructure investments. Lead end-to-end project management for multiple NWA initiatives, including opportunity screening, cross-functional coordination, RFP development, cost-benefit analysis, vendor selection, budget and schedule management, contractor oversight, data management, issue resolution, reporting, and project closeout.
