JOB SUMMARY: As an integral part of a team, the Assistant Director of Engineering is responsible for continuously looking for ways to improve each guest's experience from providing exceptional guest service to being responsible for all aspects of the Engineering department to include the proper operation, maintenance and repair of all heating, ventilation, refrigeration, mechanical equipment, and furniture, etc. for the comfort of our guests and employees. Anticipate guests' needs, respond and resolve guest concerns/complaints promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day, to maintain positive guest relations at all times.
