Position Overview:NexGen Contracting is seeking a skilled Concrete Estimator responsible for reviewing RFPs, completing quantity take-offs, compiling cost estimates, soliciting bids, verifying scopes, preparing proposals, and participating in bid review, pre-award and post-bid meetings. NexGen Contracting, the self-perform arm of Gray, is based in Franklin, TN, and specializes in executing turnkey project scopes, including concrete, steel, millwright, and finishes.
