What You Need includes a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, 3+ years of industry-specific experience, strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular), advanced organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, capacity to leverage communication/interpersonal skills to develop and enhance business relationships, aptitude for producing meaningful results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, a valid driver's license, a driving record compliant with the Company's policies and MVR requirements, and consent to ongoing driving record monitoring by the Company, ability to travel locally up to 5% of the time. As Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for supporting the branch sales efforts by attending pre-bid and pre-award meetings, preparing competitive cost estimates, reviewing documents, tracking opportunities, developing bids and estimate strategies, following up on field feedback and parametric costs, and assisting project management in estimate and unit labor breakdown.
