Updating and modifying the existing systems in connection with the installation and operation of the city-owned lighting system, as installed by the city or contractual forces, under the direct jurisdiction of the Public Works Department, as requested or recommended by the Associate Electrical Engineer and as approved by the Commissioner of Public Works. Applicants must have at least five (5) years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, technical or professional experience in the field of electrical engineering, of which at least three (3) years must have been in a professional capacity and of which at least one (1) year must have been in a supervisory, managerial, or administrative role.
