What you Bring: Must be sole US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required, EE Masters and/or a working background in Chemistry preferred 10+ years' experience in Electrical Engineering directly involved with rotating equipment and insulation systems Working knowledge of one or more of the following: Electrostatic Analysis, Electromagnetic Finite Element Analysis (EMFEA) or Thermal Analysis with previous experience with: QuickField, Flux2D, Simulink, Mathcad, MATLAB, or other Electric Motor design tools is highly desired Preferred experience with ability to perform analysis and studies with strong attention to details in a fast-paced environment and Electrical design team leadership Experience creating models and drawings, design reviews, and present technical insulation data and studies Familiarity with IEEE specifications, international specifications and Military specifications relating to the evaluation of insulation materials and systems (e.g., Principles of Accelerated Aging Tests and Nuclear Environmental Qualification Tests).
