The essential functions include but are not limited to the following: Support project teams in preconstruction efforts, project start-up, documentation, contract administration (subcontracts, purchase orders, and owner contracts), site orientations, schedule management, reporting, material procurement, field supervision, and project closeout. Tracking log creation and utilization for items including, safety, procurement, submittals, RFI’s, productivity tracking, QA/QC, and change management.
