Requirements include: Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering strongly preferred Experience working within utility, power, infrastructure, energy, engineering, or construction environments Background within utility companies, engineering firms, engineering procurement and construction organisations, contractors, or industrial businesses Previous experience managing projects, proposals, bids, or customer-facing technical engagements Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to build long-term client relationships Commercial mindset with interest in sales and business development activities Experience coordinating cross-functional teams Highly organised with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Individuals with backgrounds in project management, engineering, utility operations, construction management, or technical account management are particularly encouraged to apply.
