When mechanic work is not needed, this position supports routine maintenance of community roads, easements, and common areas, including groundskeeping, landscaping, irrigation repairs, carpentry, plumbing, cleaning, painting, and other assigned tasks. Responsible for keeping the common areas around the buildings, walkway, parking lot areas, roadways, areas around the pool, medians, around the exterior perimeter of the community, and any other common areas impeccable always.
