Advise on electrical engineering oversight for transit & rail projects throughout the New York Region, including AC/DC power systems, traction power, electrical distribution, facilities electrical systems, regulatory compliance, and coordination with operations, maintenance, and construction stakeholders. Develops and promotes short-range and long-range programs, plans, and business and marketing strategies that provide for strategic business opportunities (e.g., partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, alliances).
