This role would primary assist the Truck Builders and designated backup for Transportation Coordinator, Router, and Dispatcher functions, this position plays a critical role in maintaining transportation efficiency, service levels, load optimization, and customer satisfaction while supporting the overall goals of the transportation operation. In addition, the role serves as the designated backup for Transportation Coordinator, Router, and Dispatcher positions to ensure uninterrupted transportation operations during vacations, absences, peak periods, and other business needs.
