This role establishes the vision, roadmap, priorities, and execution plans for data, analytics, and AI initiatives and ensures solutions support business objectives, budgets, timelines, and operational needs across Bedrock's vertically integrated commercial real estate platform, including Accounting, Finance, Asset Management, Leasing, Legal, Property Management, Hospitality, Development, Design, and Construction. The Director, Data, Analytics & Artificial Intelligence (AI) leads Bedrock's enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy and oversees the team responsible for the platforms, integrations, reporting, automation, and AI capabilities that deliver actionable insights across the organization.
