QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (Senior Engineering Specialist - Electrical Engineering) Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field from an accredited school 12 years of experience in design and operation of facility electrical/power systems and controls, preferably in an Architect-Engineer (A&E) firm or utility company Professional engineer (PE) license Project management experience and ability to lead project teams Experience leading/mentoring junior staff Project cost estimation experience.
