Salary is $90K - $150K, depending on experience and certification.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform full design of lighting, power, and fire alarm systems, including full equipment selection, for small to medium commercial projects.</li><li>Analyze system options and evaluate existing systems where appropriate.</li><li>Coordinate all aspects of project document completion within A+S and externally with clients.</li><li>Complete full design in accordance with code. Join our Family!<div>Responsibilities:</div><div><div><div><div><ul><li>Install and repair electrical systems, control, and power distribution system components and circuits for single and three-phase systems, following manuals, diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications using hand tools, power tools, and electrical and electronic test equipment.</li><li>Repair and maintain plant machinery and mechanical equipment specific to the operation by diagrams, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications.</li><li>Analyze and diagnose production machinery and equipment malfunctions; service, repair, and replace defective parts.</li><li>Diagnose, repair, or replace faulty electrical and electronic components and circuitry in machines and equipment.</li><li>Plan layout, install, maintain, repair, or replace wiring and wires electrical fixtures, control panels, equipment, etc.</li><li>Test and/or inspect electrical systems and continuity of circuits to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components, using testing equipment such as ohmmeter, voltmeter, and oscilloscope.</li><li>Install and connect power supply wiring and conduit to plant machines and equipment.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment and document tasks performed in preventive maintenance records.</li><li>Provide technical assistance to the production department in set-up and changeover of production equipment.</li><li>Maintain sanitary conditions while performing work.</li><li>Complete assigned Work Orders and document accordingly then return to Parts Department for closure.</li><li>Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment.</li><li>Perform duties while working safely – awareness/identification of hazards, ensuring proper PPE is worn, maintaining a clutter-free work area, and following safety procedures and policies.</li><li>Report unsafe acts and unsafe working conditions to supervision/management.</li><li>Ensure food safety/quality policies are followed, to report all food safety/quality problems out of his/her realm of responsibility to personnel with the authority to initiate action.</li><li>Ensure a good safe wholesome product is produced safely.</li><li>All other duties as required.</li></ul>Experience, Skills & Abilities:<ul><li>Five or more years of related electro-mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Knowledge of electrical/electronic theory and its application as it relates to repair, installation, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems, components, units, circuitry, plant equipment, machinery, and structures.</li><li>Knowledgeable of mechanical principles and their application, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.</li><li>Mechanical aptitude, including a basic understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical and piping systems, and the ability to identify and understand mechanical components and their relationship in a mechanism to make repairs or improvements. </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems associated with work processes by applying job-specific knowledge.</li><li>Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety rules and precautions of various mechanical/electrical systems.</li><li>Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.</li><li>Conduct behavior in a manner that is supportive of the needs, priorities, and goals of the Department and Company.</li><li>Maintain good attendance and punctuality.</li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to high-quality standards of workmanship.</li></ul></div></div></div></div>Compensation:Base Pay Range:$27.01 - $45.01Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity.
