Ability To Lead Or Supervise (Minimum Qualifications): Have experience that demonstrates the ability to lead or supervise as a Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor, WS-4749 with responsibility for teaching or guiding others in daily operations across buildings, utilities, trades, grounds, and custodial functions, providing technical guidance in electrical, HVAC, water systems, drainage, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, and janitorial services while serving as Project Supervisor, COR, and ATR.
