Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues on CNC machines, assembly equipment, and automated test systemsMaintain and repair PLC-controlled equipment, including identifying faults and restoring functionalityPerform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and production equipmentInstall, wire, and commission new machinery, equipment, and control panelsInterpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and uptimeAssist with root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationCollaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve issues quicklyQualificationsAssociate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Industrial maintenance, or related field preferred. Required Skill Sets: (e.g., computer skills, communications, math, etc.)Strong experience with PLC systems Ability to troubleshoot PLC logic and make minor program modificationsExperience working with CNC machinery and automated manufacturing equipment- do we need to list any other specific equipmentKnowledge of industrial electrical systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Familiarity with test equipment and automated inspection systemsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPhysical Demands: (e.g., lifting, travel, etc.)Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
