This leadership role provides strategic and operational oversight for inpatient nursing services, including Behavioral Health/Psychiatric and Medical Surgical patient care areas, working closely with nursing leadership, physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and operational partners to deliver high-quality patient care, exceptional patient experiences, and strong clinical outcomes. The Director Patient Care Services - Behavioral Health & Medical Surgical Nursing role offers the opportunity to lead complex inpatient nursing operations, advance nursing practice, drive strategic initiatives, and influence organizational outcomes while supporting patients, families, and nursing teams across a broad spectrum of behavioral health, psychiatric, and acute care services.
