Defining and executing on a progressive strategy to advance AbbVie's OEC program, including managing a current, cross-functional view of OEC priorities, decisions, and risk signals, attending and contributing to critical OEC meetings, application of industry trends and data analyses, and uses that perspective to identify, propose, and lead select strategic projects per year that advance the OEC program. Creates, manages and executes project plans as well as develops related project materials (e.g., presentations, draft deliverables, implementation plans, etc.) for prioritized projects, necessary to execute on our OEC operational excellence framework and key strategic projects, revising, as appropriate, to meet changing needs.
