Read and interpret work orders, assembly instructions, schematics, and verbal directions Place and align electronic components (resistors, sockets, connectors, etc.) on printed circuit boards (PCBs) Crimp, screw, bolt, rivet, solder, and secure components using hand and power tools Route and solder wires and harnesses to circuit boards and other components Perform wire stripping, tinning, bonding, drilling, curing, and cleaning tasks Operate assembly equipment and related machinery safely and efficiently Install completed assemblies into enclosures and attach required hardware Conduct quality inspections using magnification tools, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or process issues to a supervisor Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.
