Due to behavioral and safety concerns, including elopement risk, self-injurious behaviors, aggression, sensory needs, and difficulty with transitions, active supervision and engagement are required throughout scheduled hours. The individual lives at home with family and receives school-based services, ABA therapy, and In-Home & Community Supports designed to improve communication, behavior, daily living skills, and community participation.
