Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related C5ISR technical field with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in systems engineering, technical business development, or forward-looking defense technology roles; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 9 years of relevant experience. The primary focus of this role is to be forward-looking: The successful individual in this role will leverage deep technical expertise in Software-Defined Radios (SDRs), emerging industry solutions, and tactical network architectures to translate Army operational requirements into winnable technical solutions.
