Supervised by an Assistant Principal, the Instructional Coach serves as the content expert and planning authority for all of the STEM components in the school, ensuring vertical and horizontal alignment, high quality learning opportunities aligned to strategic priorities, and exceptional student performance and achievement across the content. Instructional Coaches develop the content knowledge and pedagogical techniques of teachers, ensuring that deep content knowledge and best instructional practice permeates the school (such as lesson plan internalization, assessment data, Blended Learning supplementation, and Intervention support).
